Wagler Mini Barns has been committed to offering a standard of quality second-to-none. Using time tested methods for Mennonite quality products, we use the same care and precision in our locally manufactured mini barns, as that of a home. We back our quality products with a variety of style options and warranties customized for needs.

Built to order, carefully, by hand, the way a carpenter builds a house. Standard wood framing techniques and materials are used, scaled to shed dimensions. Sturdy and very well built. Ideal for storing such items as garden tractors, lawn mowers, furniture, motorcycles, bikes, snowmobiles and even cars. We use quality materials to give you a long lasting building with a minimal amount of maintenance.

WHY INVEST IN A WAGLER MINI BARN?

  • Six different styles to choose from, all of which are manufactured locally.
  • Ready built or assembled on-site for an additional cost.
  • Beautifully decorated to your choice of colours. 1/2" Duratemp exterior plywood with grooves every 8". 50 years ltd. warranty. No chipboard. Also built with vinyl, pine novelty T & G or board and batten, and cedar T & G.
  • Lifetime shingles on roof. 10 colours to choose from. Metal roofing available at an additional cost. Choose your colours.
  • Built on 5 pt. skids floor joists 2x4x16" O.C. (2x6 available, see extras) 5/8 T & G plywood on floors. (inc. in price) also available without floor. In exchange for the floor we will install sill gasket and anchor the shed, but in the case of uneven concrete, we are not responsible for filling gaps between the walls and concrete.
  • Wall studs are kiln dried 2x4x16" O.C.
  • All buildings are ventilated with 2 to 3 vents.
  • All buildings over 108 sq. ft. will have engineered truss rafter 24" O.C. with 1/2" plywood sheathing (except the playhouse which we frame to pass building code) building under 100 sq. ft. have strong rafter 24" O.C. with 1/2" sheathing that won't sag.
  • Engineered truss drawing available at no charge.
  • Free delivery within one hour drive from shop. We will deliver farther for a reasonable price.


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • From the initial consultation, to the final touches on installation day, our sales and service experts are here to guide you each step of the way.
  • The customer will provide us with all the details and within 2 working days will receive a complete quote and drawing with all the details. Quotes are good for 45 days.
  • Standard/Custom sheds require a 12% deposit for placing the order. Site prep is the customer's responsibility.
  • An estimated lead time will be given at the time the order is placed.
  • Approximately one week before shed delivery, we will call the customer to ensure the site is ready and at this time a date/time will be given for the shed delivery.
  • The installation crew takes on average, four hours to install the units and will do any paint touch-up required. A touch up kit will be left with the customer.

I got a 10 x 12 shed Sept 2020 and I love it. ❤️ It’s an A -Frame Deluxe shed steel roof 6ft entry door on the end and it has a loft and a single door and windows on the side. I have had lots of compliments. It looks nice enough to live in. Lol The delivery was amazing they came in moved it around on the trailer then set it on the site with no problem at all.
